Terms of Service

BotNova is a platform for creating and hosting Discord and Telegram bots. The user agrees to use the service only for lawful purposes.

The user must not: create bots that harass other users or services; send spam; collect other users' data without permission; or use the service for any illegal activity.

BotNova reserves the right to remove any bot or content that violates these terms.

The user MUST NOT enter, store, or attempt to run malicious code in BotNova's code editor. This includes but is not limited to:

• Reverse shell code (e.g. /bin/sh, /bin/bash, nc -e, /dev/tcp/)

• Command execution (child_process, exec, execSync, spawn, spawnSync)

• Code injection (eval, new Function)

• Sending environment variables to external servers (process.env + fetch/http)

• File destruction (rm -rf, unlinkSync, rmdirSync, fs.rm)

• Obfuscated attacks (Buffer.from base64 + eval/exec)

• Prototype pollution (__proto__)

• Network backdoors (net + connect, dgram + send)

If malicious code is detected, BotNova's automated security system:

1. Immediately blocks the code from being saved.

2. Records the violation details (user, code snippet, timestamp).

3. Permanently bans the user's account — the user can no longer log in.

4. Retains violation data for possible legal investigation.

The ban is permanent. A banned user must not create a new account. In serious cases, BotNova reports the matter to authorities.

BotNova processes users' data in accordance with the EU GDPR regulation.

The user's email address is stored for account management.

Banned users' email and IP address are stored for security reasons.

The user can request data deletion by contacting support (excluding ban records, which are retained for 2 years).

BotNova does not share users' data with third parties without legal obligation.

BotNova strongly recommends using two-factor authentication (2FA) to improve your account security.

2FA can be enabled in your account (Profile page) by scanning a QR code with an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy).

When 2FA is enabled, logging into your account requires a time-based code from your authenticator app or a one-time backup code in addition to your password.

When enabling 2FA, you receive 8 one-time backup codes that must be stored safely. You can use them to log in if you can't access your authenticator app.

BotNova recommends using 2FA especially for all users who manage bots or have an active subscription.

BotNova provides the service 'as is' without warranties.

The user is responsible for their bots' behavior and any damages they cause.

BotNova is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use or interruption of the service.

Hosting service availability is not guaranteed 100%. Maintenance windows may occur.

BotNova reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or through the app.

By continuing to use the service after the terms take effect, the user accepts the new terms.
